Lake Cliff wraps around a small lake built around 1900, with a view of downtown Dallas across the water. From 1906 to 1913 the park was home to an amusement park, and you can still spot traces of the old brick-lined channel.
The neighborhood's homes include American Foursquare and early-1900s revival styles. Rexuvo Construction Group helps owners here with kitchens, baths, whole-home remodels, additions, and roofing.
Lake Cliff is a City of Dallas historic district, so exterior changes and roof work here follow the district's rules. We're glad to work within them, and we'll talk through what that means for your project before anything is drawn up.
